About Arnold & Gennie 

Arnold & Gennie Olender are from Marietta, Georgia where they have resided over the past 35 years. Arnold is originally from upstate NY and Gennie is from New Orleans. We are pleased to share our special Hilton Head villa with you. Something special about our villa, it is set up as a vacation home for our family and not an income producing rental. You will notice the difference immediately. We purchased this villa in 2012 and with our kids did a bunch of remodeling and painting. (new kitchen, new deck w/stairs, updated showers, new furniture, new mattresses...)

Why Arnold/Gennie chose South Carolina

We purchased this property after spending over 25 years vacationing on Hilton Head. It was time to have our own place. Palmetto Dunes is an awesome destination with so much to do and enjoy.  We still discover something new on each trip, especially all the new restaurants. WE loved the area so much after 10 years of ownership we decided to build a home and will move down in 2023.

What makes this villa unique

We really love the privacy of our location along with the villa being an end unit;  no neighbors on one side and the other side is not a rental property. The area is very quiet and you can walk or ride your bike to almost everything you need.
